A Merry (and somewhat belated) Xmas...
...and a Happy New Year to all!
I am well aware that the boundaries of common decency are being stretched at this point in time, but myself and all those involved with www.blackriverhouse.com would like to extend our seasonal greetings and our warmest wishes for the new year ahead.
My good friend Simon Cloney, who is responsible for the maintenance of the web site, suffered a rather miserable festive period as his house was broken into on Boxing Day. Fortunately, perhaps miraculously, his possessions were recovered but naturally it has taken him a few days to get himself back on track. However, I am happy to report that Simon now has his hands firmly on the reins once again and www.blackriverhouse.com will be functioning as normal.
As a point of interest, Simon asked me to make it clear that this very message is of my own creation, as he would not wish to be associated with my rather amateurish design skills! I hope that my efforts do not prove to be too gaudy.
Finally, on behalf of all those involved in the continuing investigations into Black River House, may I offer our heartfelt thanks for the sustained interest and support which has been shown by those of you who post on the message boards and who contact us with new information. It is my dearest wish that 2006 may bring new understanding to the events of 1992 and 1996, and it is my greatest hope that perhaps the new year may even bring closure to the case.
With warmest wishes (festive and beyond)
